Due to business expansion plans, proven experience in recruitment is a critical requirement and priority for the role.Employee Development: Create opportunities for continuous learning and growth, with a focus on AI development skills for improved work productivity.Culture Cultivation: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.Compliance & Visa Administration: Ensure compliance with labor laws and oversee work visa processing and immigration administration for expatriates.Payroll & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and HR reporting for executive management. What We’re Looking ForMinimum 10 years extensive of HR experience in a leadership role, preferably within a dynamic and diverse organization.Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, including talent acquisition strategy, interviewing, and onboarding.Hands-on working knowledge in using current HR related technology work applications including AI toolsStrong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR best practices.Out-going personality with Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to drive organizational culture and employee engagement.
