As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Bikanervala Foods Private Limited (Bikano), you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as onboarding, recruitment, employment engagement, and file management. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires, assist in recruitment efforts to attract top talent, engage employees through various activities and initiatives, and maintain organized and up-to-date employee files. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed. Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives. Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as updating HR policies and procedures, conducting employee surveys, and analyzing HR data. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, updating calendars, and preparing HR documents.
