Job DescriptionThis role supports HR & Payroll system. You will provide technical assistance, maintain system data, support project activities, and help ensure smooth HR & Payroll operations.Key ResponsibilitiesERP Project – HR & Payroll SystemsSupport HR & Payroll teams in Port Moresby and regional locations.Work with the project team and subject-matter experts to configure the new system.Generate and share reports as required.Maintain accurate project documents and updates.Coordinate with stakeholders and assist in project meetings and working groups.Track issues, progress, and milestones.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Help ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately.Resolve system-related discrepancies.Assist in workshops, team meetings, and planning activities.Support the integration and documentation between the new Payroll system and HRMS.HRIS System AdministrationMaintain records of licensed system users.Troubleshoot HR system administration issues.Manage system access, permissions, and security settings.Perform system updates and ensure the platform remains current.Conduct periodic security audits and address vulnerabilities.System IntegrationAssist with integrating the payroll system with time & attendance devices.Support implementation activities and system rollout.Change ManagementWork with the Change Manager to develop training materials and communication tools.Assist in problem-solving and user support during transition.Data MigrationSupport payroll data cleansing activities and report progress.Help compile, review, and correct payroll data prior to migration.Track new and updated data during the cleansing phase.Qualifications & ExperienceFormal QualificationsTertiary qualification in Accounting or Human Resources.Experience & Skills2–4 years’ experience in HR or Payroll system implementation.Strong software implementation skills, preferably in payroll and time-recording systems.Certification in systems such as iChris (preferred), Oracle, SAP, or similar.Understanding of software implementation projects and operational delivery.Industry exposure to areas such as shipping, hospitality, stevedoring, or property (advantageous).Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.Join us at Easy-SkillEasy-Skill offers agile workforce solutions on a global scale.
