Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, based in Selangor, Malaysia. As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources department in a variety of day-to-day tasks, including assisting with HR policies, employee benefits administration, personnel management, and providing general HR administrative support. You will collaborate with the HR team to help maintain a positive work environment and contribute to the overall effectiveness of HR processes. Qualifications Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and processesUnderstanding of HR Management and HR PoliciesFamiliarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel ManagementStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus
