Responsibilities: Review of current HR processes across selected countries and list of overview of variationsHarmonization proposal for each sub process/ activityDefined minimal effective process controls for quality and complianceSummary report with recommendations and implementation roadmapStakeholder engagement and feedback documentationAll deliverables must be provided in editable formats to allow for future updates and modifications by the internal team.Work with country and regional HR experts Requirements: Proven experience in HR process design and transformationExperience in SAP systemSenior-level expertise in global HR environmentsIndependent consultants or firms with no conflict of interestStrong proficiency in HR process modellingDemonstrated ability to define and implement process controls for quality and complianceAbility to work across diverse cultural and organisational contextsFamiliarity with global business and legal entity structure
