We support, reward and challenge individuals equally, in a dynamic and energetic environment.About The RoleThe HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support across multiple functions, including end-to-end recruitment for the direct labor workforce, Employee Relations, Site HR Communication and HR Operations. This role will also involve managing specific business support activities such as cafeteria operations, vendor coordination, and assisting with global mobility processes.What You Will Do RecruitmentExecute full-cycle recruitment for Direct labor (DL) positions — from sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and offer management.Partner with Industrial Engineering Department for Direct Labor (DL) Forecast Hiring and Hiring Priorities .Developed candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, recruitment drives, and strategic agency partnerships.Ensure timely hiring to meet operational demands Talent Pipeline & Agency ManagementBuild and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vocational institutions, and local job centers.Monitor and assess agency performance and candidate quality to ensure consistent delivery.Drive recruitment campaigns and walk-in interviews to attract suitable candidates. Employee RelationsEmployee Relations Event ChampionSupport employee relations and engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environmentLead Global Mobility arrangement for siteAssist in HR operations and other assigned projects within the HR function. HR Communications & InitiativesDraft and distribute HR-related announcements (Policy Updates, Engagement Activities)Ensure consistent messaging aligned with Company culture and valueManage HR content on internal communication platformWhat You Will NeedBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.2 years of experience in HR, preferably from manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines and in a fast-moving environment.Effective communication and stakeholder management across multiple levels.Hands-on, results-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Talent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
