We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the company is compliant with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and development.- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations- Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.- Schedule Meetings and interviews with candidates , managers and clients.- Advise management on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support.- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering employee engagement and morale.- Conduct regular salary and benefits surveys to ensure market competitiveness.- Manage absence and attendance records.- Lead and mentor HR team members.- Oversee employee engagement initiatives and programs.- Support organizational change management efforts.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Experience in managing employee relations and investigations.- Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering training programmes.- Ability to analyse data and generate HR reports.- Experience managing a team.- Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively.To apply, you must submit your CV and answer three short video interview questions.
