Job Title: Human Resources Manager.Location: Jahii 11, AbujaSalary: ₦500,000 – ₦700,000We are hiring an experienced Human Resources Manager on behalf our Client, a reputable school based in Abuja. The Human Resource Manager will ensure compliance with employment laws and school policies, foster a positive work environment, and serve as a strategic link between management and employees while addressing the HR needs of all staff.Key Responsibilities1. Oversee end-to-end payroll administration, salary structures, and employee benefits program.2. Support leadership development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.3. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.4. Identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate interventions to improve performance.5. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, employee engagement, and retention.6. Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.7. Coordinate the performance management cycle, including appraisals and improvement plans.8. Plan and execute learning and development program to enhance staff capability.9. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and regulatory requirements.Qualifications & Requirements1. B.Sc. in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.2. M.Sc., MBA, or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.3. Minimum of 8 years relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.4. Strong proficiency in HRIS and HR-related software.5. Professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or SPHR are preferred.6. International HR qualification is an added advantage.7. Detail-oriented, data-driven, with strong analytical and reporting skills.8. Good understanding of the educational sector and Nigerian labour laws is an advantage.9.
