Role Overview:We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to help lead our People Operations in Dubai. This individual will partner with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring our culture scales as we grow.Salary: 168,000 - 216,000 AEDKey Responsibilities:HR Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectivesAct as a strategic partner to the leadership team on organizational structure, talent development, and change managementTalent Acquisition & Employer BrandingHelp with our recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring of top-tier talentCollaborate with marketing to enhance employer brand presence in key marketsPerformance Management & DevelopmentDesign and implement performance review frameworks, OKRs, and feedback cyclesChampion career development, learning programs, and internal mobility initiativesCulture & EngagementCultivate a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven workplaceDesign and lead employee engagement surveys, action plans, and wellness programsCompensation & BenefitsBenchmark and optimize compensation structures and benefits offeringsPartner with Finance on workforce planning and budgetingCompliance & OperationsEnsure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across all regionsMaintain and improve HRIS and internal documentation (policies, handbooks, etc.)Qualifications:3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior rolePrevious experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment is strongly preferredDeep knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements across geographiesProven track record in talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational developmentStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
