Job Title: HR Manager Location: Awka, Anambra StateSalary: ₦180,000 – ₦230,000 MonthlyWorking Days/Hours: Mondays – Saturdays, 7:00am – 6:00pmPosition Type:* Full-time, On-site Job Description The HR Manager will lead HR strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while managing the HR team. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and policies.Oversee recruitment, retention, and onboarding.Drive positive workplace culture and resolve grievances.Manage performance appraisals and training.
