Human Resources Manager (retail and hyper market)

About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager(must have minimum 5 years experience in retail and hyper markets) to lead the human resources function of our hypermarket operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail HR management and hands-on experience in recruitment across all levels. You’ll play a key role in shaping a motivated, customer-focused team and ensuring smooth HR operations across the business.Key Responsibilities: Lead all HR functions for the hypermarket, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement. Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and store-level positions, ensuring timely hiring to support operations. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives aligned with company goals and local labor laws. Support department heads with workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures professionally and fairly. Monitor HR metrics, attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation accuracy. Drive a positive work culture through communication, engagement, and recognition programs. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in retail or hypermarket operations. Strong knowledge of retail recruitment, labor law compliance, and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
