The ClientA major financial services corporation with presence in multiple countries.What you will achieve in this roleSupport the Head of HR in developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives.Develop metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior HR staff.Manage HR operations and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.Implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.Work on strategic objectives, collaborating closely with Senior Executives.Provide guidance on performance management, talent development and employee relations.Create and implement HR strategies that enhance employee performance, engagement and retention.Address employee relations issues, execute performance improvement plans and manage conflict resolution.Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.Support the recruitment process end-to-end (sourcing, interviewing and selection).Implement effective onboarding and training programs for new employees.Develop compensation structures, salary reviews and benefits administration.Provide recommendations on compensation adjustments and promotions.What you will bring to this role7 to 10 years of full-cycle HR experience in banking is an essential requirement.Experience in corporate banking is a big asset.Proven track record in employee relations and conflict resolution.Expertise in collaborating with C Suite Executives.Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.Experience in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.Proficiency in recruiting for senior level roles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.Only those who are qualified will be contacted
