Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jabi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance managementKnowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop and implement HR strategies and initiativesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretionExperience in the finance or real estate sectors is a plus
