Job Title: HRSS Specialist – Response TeamLocation: Bucharest, RomaniaMode: ContractRate: Open for discussionWe’re looking for someone who can handle day-to-day HR queries with confidence and keep the employee experience front and center. You’ll be part of the HR Shared Services Response Centre for EMEA, acting as the first point of contact for employees, managing tickets, and making sure every request moves in the right direction.What you’ll do-Handle HR questions related to onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits, timekeeping, payroll, and employee changes.-Review, assign, or escalate tickets to HRSS teams, Centres of Excellence, or other departments like Finance.-Track and respond to requests through the ticketing system while aiming for first-contact resolution.-Work closely with Processing and Specialist teams when queries need deeper support.-Use the HR Knowledgebase and intranet to give clear and accurate information.-Maintain high service quality, protect sensitive information, and follow company policies.-Spot issues, identify root causes, and follow escalation procedures when needed.-Help employees understand HR processes and encourage self-service.-Run quality checks, support team members, and contribute to process improvements.What we need from you-2–5 years of experience in HR operations or a shared services setup.-Experience supporting employees and people managers across EMEA countries.-Strong communication, customer service skills, and attention to detail.-Able to manage multiple priorities and stay organized under tight deadlines.-Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and taking initiative.-Knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors is an advantage.-Good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is an advantage.-HR certification is a plus.
