Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join a Financial Services firm for a temporary assignment. The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the human resources function, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This position requires a professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.Responsibilities:Assist with daily HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, filing documents, and organizing HR-related databases and files.Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, collecting required documentation, and conducting orientation sessions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Manage employee information changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries. Collaborate with insurance providers and vendors to ensure smooth administration of employee benefit programs.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements.Handle basic employee inquiries and provide general HR-related information and assistance.
