Job Description

ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for tech roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).Work closely with hiring managers/users to understand needs and align on requirements.Manage candidate pipelines and keep the hiring process running smoothly.Maintain clear communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.Track recruitment progress and prepare simple reports.Support employer branding and onboarding when needed.Assist with HR administration, including preparing employment letters, work certificates, and other official documents.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or related field.1–3 years of experience in recruitment; tech hiring experience is a strong plus.Familiar with end-to-end hiring processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering).Good understanding of tech roles (e.g., fullstack engineer, QA, data roles, product, UI/UX).Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with candidates and hiring managers.Detail-oriented and organized in managing multiple vacancies at once.Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.Able to work under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
