In this role, you will lead a team of Benefits Analysts, ensuring efficient day-to-day administration while driving strategic initiatives in policy development, compliance, and system enhancements. You will collaborate with Procurement, IT, and external vendors to deliver a seamless and engaging benefits experience for employees. This position plays a vital role in maintaining regulatory compliance, implementing new programs, and serving as a trusted resource for staff and employees alike.Human Resources Supervisor – HR Business PartnersWe are also seeking an experienced and forward-thinking HR Supervisor to lead a team of HR professionals in delivering high-impact services across the organization. This role is responsible for supervising daily HR operations, developing staff, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in employee relations, investigations, recruitment, compensation, and organizational development.
