EgyCham is hiring a Human Resources supervisor for one of our clients in Real Estate Industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Supervisor will manage and oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and the implementation of HR policies. The role also involves guiding HR strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting talent development initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related field.3:5 Years of experience.HR Diploma is a must.Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources.Expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management.Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies.Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills.
