The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with company policies throughout the recruitment cycle.QualificationsExperience in sourcing, candidate screening, and conducting interviewsProficiency in recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and maintaining talent pipelinesStrong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple hiring processesKnowledge of labor laws, hiring best practices, and compliance standardsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skillsAbility to work on-site full-time in HeliopolisAt least 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
