Instructs and assists store management in expense & payroll planning and control. Recommends corrective action for expense accounts and develops expense & payroll saving ideas and programs from a P&L perspective 监督本区域所有店铺的支出和人力成本,指示和协助店铺管理层进行支出计划和控制。对支出账目提出纠正措施的建议,从P&L角度提出费用及人力成本节约建议和计划Maximize ROI for all investments 所有投资的投资回报率Planning and Budgeting 计划与预算编制Uses company policies and procedures to prepare sales forecasts and expense budgets. 使用公司政策和程序编制销售预测和费用预算。 Loss Prevention 防损Ensure provide a safe and fair working environment to all employee 确保为所有员工提供安全公平的工作环境Ensure store standard are up to all compliance requirements 确保店铺标准符合所有合规要求Leads district effort to reduce shortage and enforce and increase awareness of Loss Prevention Policies and Procedures 领导区域采取措施减少缺货情况,执行《损失预防政策和程序》并提高员工的相应认知Monitors store shortage performance and recommends corrective actions as required 监督店铺缺货情况,在需要是建议采取纠正措施Conducts Loss Prevention training as needed 需要时进行防损培训Ensures accurate cash and credit transaction, discount, refund, and deposit procedures 确保现金和信用卡交易、折扣、退款和程序的精确性 Store Maintenance 店铺维护Monitors compliance with store maintenance policies and procedures, and recommends corrective action as required. 监督店铺运营与相关政策和程序保持一致,需要时建议采取纠正措施。 New Store Openings 新店铺开业Plans new store opening activities and plans personnel transfers as required. Completes pre-opening checklist. 计划新店开业活动,需要时安排人员转岗。完成开业前检查清单的项目。 QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格: 1)Required knowledge, skills & abilities: Outstanding at business acumen, driving results and problem solving. Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, training, operations and visual merchandising. Excellent communication, delegation, follow-up, and analytical skills. Regarded as a leader among peers. 知识、技能和能力要求:具有商业头脑,缔造成绩和解决问题能力。熟悉招聘、培训、运营和视觉陈列等各环节。出色的沟通、分配、跟进和分析技能。被同事公认为领导人。 2)Minimum educational level: equivalent College degree above preferred. 学历要求:大专文凭及以上。 3)Experience required: 3-5 years of retail management experience, big-box experience is highly appreciated, with proven ability to direct activities at all levels. 所需经验:3~5年零售管理经验,大型零售连锁公司工作经验优先,且有能力指导各个层级的活动。 4)Physical Requirements: Require a lot of travels体能要求:可接受大量店铺间出差
