工作职责:Department / 部门: JLL International Residential (国际住宅部)Location / 工作地点: 北京 (Beijing)Reporting to / 汇报对象: Head of Sales;North China International Residential (中国国际住宅部华北区销售主管)⸻Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责 Sales Support and Client Management / 销售支持与客户管理 Achieve the indivual sales target; assist in developing and managing client relationships across Beijing and other major north China cities. Support sales presentations;project introductions;and negotiations with international property buyers and investors. Track and manage the client pipeline through CRM systems;ensuring timely follow-ups. 完成个人销售业绩指标,协助拓展和维护北京及中国主要城市的客户关系。 支持销售演示、项目介绍及与国际房产买家和投资者的洽谈。 使用CRM系统跟进客户进程,确保及时反馈与跟进。 Business Development / 业务拓展 Identify new business opportunities in north China market;particularly targeting HNWIs;family offices;and institutional investors. Assist in developing cross-border business channels with JLL offices in the UK;UAE;Japan;and Australia. Conduct preliminary market research and competitor analysis to support expansion strategies. 发掘华北区新的业务机会,重点面向高净值客户、家族办公室及机构投资者。 协助与英国、阿联酋、日本及澳洲JLL办公室开展跨境业务合作。 开展市场调研与竞争分析,支持业务拓展战略。 Marketing and Event Coordination / 市场与活动协调 Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns;events;and digital promotions targeting Chinese buyers. Support the organization of client seminars;exhibitions;and VIP events. Prepare bilingual marketing materials and proposals for clients and partners. 与市场团队紧密合作,推动针对中国买家的市场宣传、活动及数字推广。 协助组织客户研讨会、展会及高端客户活动。 准备中英文市场宣传资料及客户提案。 Internal Coordination / 内部协作 Liaise with JLL’s overseas residential teams to align sales strategies and share client resources.
