Find out more here:https://greatplacetowork.co.id/companies/pt-johnson-controls-indonesia/Job SummaryAs a Technical Supervisor – HVAC, you will lead a team of technicians in delivering high-quality HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation services. You will ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and technical standards across all service activities.Service Technician Duties & Responsibilities (How you will do it):Technical Leadership & Supervision Supervise and coordinate daily activities of HVAC technicians. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, VRF systems, Smart Connecting Chiller and BMS integration. Ensure all service tasks are performed according to Johnson Controls’ standards and client requirements. Escalate to factory regarding issue technical and claim warranty Provide administrative support warranty Project Execution & Quality Control Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety compliance. Review and approve service reports, commissioning documents, and maintenance logs. Customer Engagement Act as a technical point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Support service proposals and upselling opportunities based on site assessments. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Team Development Train and mentor junior technicians through on-the-job training and technical workshops.Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.Administration & Reporting Ensure timely submission of service documentation, timesheets, and inventory reports. Support planning and scheduling of service jobs in coordination with the service coordinator. What We Look ForDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including chillers, VRF, and control systems. Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in Indonesia. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Ability to work flexible hours and travel to client sites as needed. Preferred SkillsExperience with Johnson Controls products (e.g., YORK®, Metasys®). Certification in HVAC or Refrigeration systems. Leadership and team management capabilities.
