The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in site engineering roles with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and coordinate HVAC project activities at site to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.• Review drawings, technical specifications, and ensure installation works align with project requirements and standards.• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients for progress updates and technical clarifications.• Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and highlight any issues affecting schedules.• Assist in material take-off, requisitions, and coordination with procurement teams.• Ensure all site safety protocols and quality standards are maintained.• Support project documentation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.________________________________________Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC site/project execution.• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, drawings, and project workflows.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate efficiently under deadlines.• Proficient in MS Office and basic AutoCAD.________________________________________What We Offer:• 6-month project-based role with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.• Exposure to challenging and diverse HVAC projects.• Collaborative and professional work environment.
