Neversitup was founded in 2014, starting with a credit card management application called “PIGGIPO” with over 500,000 downloads in both the AppStore and Google Play Store. It is the first credit card management app in Thailand developed by a team of Thai developers that is not a financial institution.Later, Neversitup established a Software development department to develop its own applications and produce software for business customers. We have a team with over 10 years of experience in developing websites and applications such as iOS, Android, Design and Data Analytics. From our experience and expertise in development, we have gained the trust of many leading companies such as J-Mart, Origin Property , Fujitsu, General Outsourcing and Toyota, etc.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a [WFH/Hybrid] (Thai speaker) Senior Product Owner at Neversitup in Bangkok. The position allows for remote work, providing flexibility while ensuring efficient on-site contribution.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate Product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap aligned with business objectives.Design and oversee Customer Journeys / User Flows to ensure seamless and meaningful user experiences.Conduct or lead Usability Testing / User Research sessions directly with end customers to gather insights for product improvement.Drive post-release Feedback Collection and Continuous Improvement cycles — identify issues, prioritize enhancements, and monitor outcomes.Collaborate with UI/UX designers and occasionally create wireframes or prototypes to visualize product ideas and improvements.Own and manage the Product Backlog, writing detailed User Stories, defining Acceptance Criteria, and ensuring alignment on Definition of Done (DoD).Coordinate and actively participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) — validate new releases, identify gaps, and ensure product readiness.Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing) to deliver high-quality features within agreed timelines.Experienced in CRM and Customer Engagement Platforms, such as loyalty programs, campaigns, and user notification systems.Present product updates, progress reports, and improvement plans to key stakeholders and senior management.QualificationsOver 6 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in tech-driven organizations.Proven track record with CRM / Customer Engagement / E-Commerce / Platform products.Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and sprint-based development cycles.Hands-on experience conducting User Research, Usability Testing, and Product Validation.Ability to clearly define and communicate User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and DoD to technical teams.Analytical mindset with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills in both business and technical contexts.Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Miro, Whimsical, or equivalent is highly preferred.What you gained :Good working atmosphereFlexible hoursResult based performanceLet's party together every quarterLet's have a free meal on every WednesdayOther over your expectation ;)*For more information, please contact recruit@neversitup.comhttps://www.neversitup.com/Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
