The role: Strategy Consultant (Portfolio Value Orchestrator) will work with Program Leadership Team to ensure due diligence of investments, provide investment recommendations & monitor the portfolio performance through reporting. Job Responsibilities:
Lead and support definition of program objectives and key results; working closely with stakeholder to understand the strategic direction and translating high-level goals into actionable program objectivesProvide Investment Due Diligence, assessing the potential risks and returns of investment opportunities, and supporting in decisions about portfolio allocationContinuously monitoring and reporting of Portfolio performance for Garage and Investment boardsThis includes tracking financial metrics, evaluating investment returns, and assessing risk-adjusted performanceSupport definition and operationalization of Enterprise Value Framework, including entry points, prioritization framework, squad value forms etc and establishing how these components contribute to the organization's overall valueTriage and quantitative analysis of newly raised ideas, impediments, constraints and initiatives; assessing factors such as alignment with the organization's objectives, potential return on investment, feasibility, and strategic fit within the existing portfolioCollaborate with IT and BU Portfolio Leads to align on business initiatives and prioritizationProvide mentoring and guidance to Squad VOs on building the estimations, prioritizations and tracking value realizationsAdvise on portfolio roadmap and prioritization decisions, funding requirements, and impact on business opportunities
