Key Responsibilities: Platform Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators. Guide solution design and implementation aligned with architectural standards. Oversee the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects—from conception to deployment and support. Development & Integration: Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, TSM, TSOM and custom modules. Manage integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers. Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements. Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Provide technical guidance during platform upgrades and new feature rollouts.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure platform compliance with ITIL, security, and regulatory standards. Manage change control processes and incident resolution. Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes. Overall understanding of ServiceNow technical best practices and development of strategies to enforce them Required Qualifications: Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – preferredExperience: 8+ years of ServiceNow development and administration. Proven experience leading ServiceNow teams and projects. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies. Skills:
