Ice Cream Maker

Role OverviewAs part of our culinary team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment specializing as an ice cream maker. You will craft delicious ice creams, gelato, popsicles, and sorbets to delight our customers, ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety standards are met.ResponsibilitiesCreate and produce a variety of ice cream, gelato, popsicle, and sorbet flavors using artisanal and commercial methods.Develop new recipes and experiment with creative flavor profiles tailored to local and international tastes.Monitor ingredient inventory, order supplies, and ensure the highest-quality raw materials are used.Operate and maintain all ice cream production equipment while ensuring sanitary and safety standards are maintained.Collaborate with the broader kitchen and front-of-house teams to meet production needs and customer demands.Maintain accurate production and HACCP records as required.Must Have RequirementsA minimum of 5 years’ hands-on previous experience in making ice cream, gelato, sorbet, or popsicles.Currently based in Dubai or the UAE.BFHT (Basic Food Hygiene Training) certification.Nice To Have RequirementsProfessional pastry experience with an established bakery, patisserie, or dessert kitchen.PIC (Person In Charge) Certification.Perks And BenefitsCompetitive compensation package.Staff meals provided during shift.Opportunity to work with creative culinary professionals in a reputable establishment.Continuous professional development and on-the-job training.Employee discounts on products.
