Who we areWe are responsible for service planning, and UX improvement to develop and operate IT services for the Hyundai Motor Group, focusing on customer-centric and sustainable growthResponsibilitiesWe are a team that integrates and operates front-end services for global customers. We collect and analyze the requirements of domestic and international users, establish strategies based on the findings, and lead service development in collaboration with development, design, and other related departments■ Customer Channel Service Leading the entire service life cycle from planning to launch Understanding customer needs in depth through customer feedback and VoC, defining issues for improvement, sharing and promoting them with related teams Creating, managing, and improving the vision, strategy, and policy of the service Establishing policies and improving processes so that work linked to various departments can be operated quickly and smoothly Providing active support for business growth by closely cooperating with various internal and external departments, such as developers, planners, designers, customer support teams, business stakeholders, and legal teams Operating and managing service terms and conditions based on understanding of relevant laws and regulations necessary for service operationMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 8 years of experience with a proven track record of planning, developing, and executing a strong service vision Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication) Experience collaborating with various departments and managing multiple projects simultaneously Experience in designing and operating the Terms and Conditions in collaboration with stakeholders such as legal experts based on the understanding of the laws and regulations related to the Terms and Conditions of Service (e.g. Personal Information Protection Act, Electronic Commerce Act, etc.) Logical thinking and problem solving skills in a dynamic environment Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive issues forward in dynamic and ambiguous situations Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to solving necessary tasksPreferred Qualifications Experience in planning, operating, and managing global services Experience in successfully launching and continuously operating consumer-facing services Practical experience with Agile and Lean development methodologies Data-driven decision-making and strong data analysis skillsOthers[Notes] In accordance with the employment protection laws, eligible candidates (disabled individuals, veterans, etc.) will receive preferential benefits during the process.
