Who we areWe are responsible for developing, operating, and enhancing development information management and IT systems, as well as linking and integrating data across the systems within the research and development sector.We are dedicated to establishing data and system governance, executing development and operational strategies for data, systems, and platforms.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will plan, build, and advance the operation of smart factory IT environments for new businesses such as batteries and hydrogen. In addition, you will design and apply IT environments for SDV vehicle development and SW OTA deployment to support efficient SDV development.■ IT Support For New Businesses Planning, building, and operating smart factory IT environments for new business such as batteries, hydrogen, robotics, etc. Advancing smart factory quality and productivity prediction and operation Developing and providing related solutions for the successful SDV development■ SW Remote Update Environment Operation Operating backend/frontend for SW remote updates Building a software lifecycle management environment Preparing for SDV transition through software-based unified deployment (system design and operation)Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in planning, building, and operating the manufacturing IT environments Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication)Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or Big Data Analytics Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in planning, building, and operating the manufacturing IT environments Experience in building large-scale enterprise systems and having enough understanding of PLM and production management systems Experience in establishing service planning strategies in the manufacturing sector Experience in the whole cycle of planning, building, and operating the IT environment in the manufacturing industry and experience in SI projects Experience in leading new IT projects based on IT knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing industryOthers[Notes] The workplace may change depending on the situation of the research center.
