Who we areWe are responsible for service planning, and UX improvement to develop and operate IT services for the Hyundai Motor Group, focusing on customer-centric and sustainable growth.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you collect and analyze the requirements of domestic and international users, establish strategies based on the findings, and lead service planning in collaboration with development, design, and other related departments to integrate and operate front-end services for global customers.■ Customer Channel Service Planning / UX strategyㅤ Designing UX based on user analysis and business requirements definition Establishing UX strategies for standardization to minimize service functions and UX differences between domestic, global, and brand Storytelling and communicating to effectively convey UX design ideas and concepts Collaborating with diverse teams, working closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders Planning, operating and managing complex projects, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders Driving and implementating data-based service improvementsMinimum Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in UX designing for portals, e-commerce, or customer-facing platforms Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication) Experience in global service planning, operation, and management Experience in successful launch and continuous operation of consumer-facing services (Web or App) Collaboration experience with various teams in a fast-growing environmentPreferred Qualifications Data analysis capabilities Experience UX improvements through user research and usability testing Practical experience in Lean Agile development methodologyOthers[Notes] In accordance with the employment protection laws, eligible candidates (disabled individuals, veterans, etc.) will receive preferential benefits during the process.
