Who we areWe are a team that utilizes smart technology to develop and operate the Shucle platform, an integrated mobility service (MaaS) solution, along with overseeing business operations.We handle all aspects from planning, development, data analysis, service operations, and business development for the community-based demand-responsive transportation service 'Shucle', focusing on both our customers and service enhancement.Our goal is to create a service that embodies the abstract concept of MaaS, enabling everyone to transport easily in their daily lives.Shucle (https://www.shucle.com) was introduced in 2020 as South Korea's first urban demand-responsive transportation service utilizing AI technology. Since then, it has become the number one community mobility service platform with the largest user base and operating records.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for planning platform services that lead the AX transition of public transportation centered on the B2G market, and upgrading operation services to meet the user's eye level.In addition, you will lead members based on prior experience and with deep understanding of platform-based services.■ Public Mobility Service Planning and Operation System Establishment Executing data-driven decision making and service improvement Establishing regulatory and policy-based service direction Strengthening the expertise of the strategy division■ Global Expansion and Autonomous Driving Transition Strategy Specification Establishing global service policy/operation system Deriving strategy-based service differentiators Performing agile execution based on platform understanding■ Collaboration-based Project Management Gathering requirements and managing priorities of internal and external stakeholders Managing schedule based on customer and market understanding Performing action-driven planning and managing performance■ Employee Expertise Enhancement & Collaboration Support Supporting career growth based on individual's capabilities Enhancing practice-oriented work expertise and providing appropriate feedback Establishing of a smooth cooperative system between internal and external collaboratorsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 10 years of service planning and strategic planning experience Those who have relevant experience in planning and operating service/platforms for large-scale users Those who have relevant experience in cross-functional IT service project management Those who have relevant experience in data-driven service improvement and advancement Proficiency in managing collaborative documents and possess communication skillsPreferred Qualifications Experience in global service planning and strategic planning Experience in performing public projects Experience in planning and operating domestic and foreign portal services Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication)Others[Notes] In accordance with the employment protection laws, eligible candidates (disabled individuals, veterans, etc.) will receive preferential benefits during the process.
