Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for an Identity Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM). The Identity Engineer will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining identity management and access control systems to ensure secure organizational data and resources. Responsibilities include configuring and optimizing IAM platforms, troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with teams to define access policies, and performing audits to ensure compliance and security standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and related technologies, including knowledge of directory services, Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity federation.Experience with configuring and managing IAM tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar systems.Strong problem-solving abilities, troubleshooting skills, and understanding of IT security practices and protocols.Proficiency in programming or scripting languages related to IAM systems, such as Java, Python, or PowerShell, is a plus.Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or IAM, such as SC-300, CISSP, or IAM-specific credentials, are highly desirable.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical concepts effectively with diverse teams.Prior experience in the cybersecurity or information security domain is advantageous.Bachelor’s degree
