Acting as a key customer liaison, this role combines business analysis, solution configuration, and stakeholder communication to deliver robust, scalable insurance product implementations.ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse, and interpret customer requirements into actionable platform configurationsDesign insurance product models, workflows, document templates, and business logicConfigure user interfaces and user journeys using platform toolsImplement business rules and financial calculations via internal scripting language (Groovy)Prepare and manage client-facing documentation and testing artifactsLead project communications, updates, and stakeholder coordinationMonitor and report on scope, risk, and change management itemsRequirementsMust-Haves:Technical consulting experience (scripting and configuration) - Java, Python, SQLKnowledge of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project environmentsAbility to create detailed technical and business documentationStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsNice-to-Haves:Experience in general insurance Degree qualified or equivalent professional experienceIf you are interested in Fintech and a humble office environment, click apply
