Job DescriptionWe are looking for a person to join our team who will support us in implementing products and services from the INELO group.If you are a forwarder/dispatcher familiar with the transport industry, able to share your knowledge, establish contact with customers and understand their needs, and have advanced computer skills, then we are looking for you!Job RequirementsExperience in the shipping, logistics, and transport industry (e.g., former forwarding agent or dispatcher working for a transport or shipping company)Ability to transfer knowledge and present products both remotely and in personVery good computer skills (installing programs, operating the system, troubleshooting)Empathy and ability to assess situations when researching customer needsVery good work organization and ease in establishing contactsDeveloped social skills (communication, presentation, working with a group)Minimum secondary educationKnowledge of spoken and written English enabling fluent communicationValid category B driving licenseWillingness to travel on businessJob ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of customer needs in terms of implemented solutionsConfiguring the system to individual customer needsConducting consultations and training for users on the functionality of the systemSupporting customers during the implementation and testing of the systemParticipating in and representing the company at trade fairs and industry eventsActively contributing to and influencing improvements to the company's products and solutionsJob BenefitsCooperating with other departments of the companyStable employment based on a full-time employment contractA friendly working atmosphere in a close-knit and international teamOpportunity to develop your skills by participating in training coursesWork tools: company car, laptop, phone, training toolsMobile work (2-3 days a week at clients' premises, the remaining days remotely from home)
