The Import Export Coordinator will manage and coordinate the import and export processes, including overseeing documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing shipping logistics, and coordinating with freight forwarders and vendors. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries related to shipments, timelines, and logistics.QualificationsProficiency in handling Export Documentation, Import Export regulations, and related proceduresExperience in managing Import and Export operationsStrong Customer Service and communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to ensure compliance with local and international trade regulationsProficiency in BOM management and updatesBachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or related field preferredFamiliarity with customs clearance processes and shipping documentation is a plusMust be proficient with Annex 24 and 30 managementKnowledge of HTS Classifications is a plus.
