Import & Purchasing Analyst

Position: Import & Purchasing AnalystLocation: Ecuador, RemoteAbout TP-Link: TP-Link is a leading global provider of networking products and solutions, committed to delivering reliable and affordable connectivity solutions for homes and businesses worldwideAbout the role: Manage and follow up on national and international purchasing processes, including the coordination of purchase orders, monitoring of imports and containers, generation of commercial and logistics reports, and support in the administrative management of the sales and dispatch cycle, in order to ensure the timely and efficient supply of products.Responsibilities:Process and follow up on national and international purchase orders, from issuance to final receipt of products.Coordinate the tracking of containers in transit, ensuring compliance with import and delivery timelines.Manage documentation associated with import processes: packing lists, commercial invoices, bills of lading (BL), certificates, among others.Prepare periodic reports on sales, inventories, and purchase order status to support decision-making.Coordinate and issue dispatch notices for retail channel clients, ensuring timely deliveries with complete documentation.Prepare and send credit notes in accordance with internal policies and established procedures.Maintain effective communication with international suppliers, customs agents, carriers, and internal departments (logistics, sales, accounting).Verify and control that records and transactions in the system (ERP or similar) accurately reflect the real status of inventories and purchases.Support the resolution of logistical or commercial issues that affect the flow of products or billing.Qualifications:Education:Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, or related fields.Experience:Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles: purchasing, importations, logistics tracking, and commercial support.Technical Skills:Knowledge of foreign trade processes and merchandise importation.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis).Familiarity with import documents and customs procedures.
