Over the past two decades, we have helped tens of thousands of through English language courses, undergraduate degrees, postgraduate degrees, and targeted internships.We are looking for a results-focussed high calibre Recruiter with experience in generating and converting enrolments of international studentsResponsibilities:Identify business development opportunities in Vietnam to enhance and grow the ECA brandsWork closely with the Country Manager and marketing team to be in charge of marketing activities and drive interest both online and offlineDevelop relationships with existing and new agent partners to recruit students to ECA University Brands regarding the Country Manager’s arrangement.Provide agent training on all ECA courses (Selling Points, Admission Procedures etc).Organise distribution of marketing collateral to deliver in Vietnam.Frequent travel is required, as well as a willingness to work flexible hours to fulfil the various duties of this position.Qualifications & Skills:· Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience· Minimum 2 years’ experience in student recruitment for Australia's higher education market (AUS/Can/US/UK Experienced Prefered)· Experience in managing sales target· Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)· Strong relationship-building skills & communication skillsIn return, we will offer youGreat bonuses and incentivesRemote flexibilityA supportive team environmentEnergetic culture that inspires and supports excellence.Professional developmentExpanding the network of contactsIf you feel you meet the above requirement, then apply now!
