Your primary responsibility will be to assist them in planning and booking their dream journeys, offering expert advice, personalized recommendations, and exceptional service.This position requires a passion for travel, strong sales skills, and meticulous attention to detail.What will your main responsibilities be?Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and budget, tailoring travel itineraries accordingly.Itinerary Planning: Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to create bespoke travel packages that meet and exceed expectations.Booking Management: Coordinate flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other arrangements with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to client preferences.Destination Expertise: Stay up to date on travel trends, destinations, attractions, and visa requirements to provide informed recommendations.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication, follow-ups, and personalized service that fosters loyalty and repeat business.Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting NUBA’s products and services, upselling upgrades or experiences, and maximizing revenue opportunities.What are we looking for in you?Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred).Previous experience as a travel agent or in a customer-facing role within the travel industry.Strong knowledge of destinations, airlines, hotels, and booking systems.Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.Outstanding communication skills in both English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.What will you be a part of?A company passionate about what it does.A collaborative team that overcomes challenges together.A multinational organization that strives to stay at the forefront of innovation.A sustainable and environmentally responsible company.A workplace committed to diversity and inclusion.A company that values your ideas, contributions, and initiative.A company with benefits like no other.NUBA promotes a transparent attraction, selection, and hiring policy that guarantees equal opportunities for candidates, without excluding candidates based on gender, age, race, or any other condition unrelated to the successful performance of the position being sought.
