At home, we are quickly becoming one of the largest SaaS companies to come out of Greece.We're looking for an Inbound Sales Team Leader to lead a team of Account Executives managing inbound leads in the SMB segment. This role blends coaching, performance management, and strategic oversight with hands-on support for daily sales execution.ResponsibilitiesAs an Inbound Sales Team Leader, you will:Team Management: Lead a team of Account Executives (AEs), providing guidance, coaching, and supportPerformance Management: Ensure team targets are met, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback and performance reviewsTraining and Development: Conduct training sessions and mentorship programs to develop AEs' skills in leading effective meetings and pipeline managementOnboarding: Onboard new AE's in cooperation with Sales EnablementPipeline Management: Oversee and optimize the team's pipeline management efforts and hygieneForecasting: Present realistic sales forecasts to the management teamCollaboration: Collaborate closely with SDR, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align on goals, strategies, and lead handoff processesContinuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to increase team productivity, performance, and overall successRequirementsTo be successful in this role as an Inbound Sales Team Leader, you should have:Proven experience as a top-performing AE or Team Lead in a SaaS or technology sales environmentExperience leading inbound sales motions; ideally in a high-velocity SMB contextStrong coaching mindset: able to diagnose issues and elevate skills across discovery, demo, and closingData-driven, organized, and comfortable working within Salesforce and related tools (e.g. Gong)Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership styleBenefitsThe most important thing we offer is a safe and healthy professional environment, giving you the opportunity to work on products that positively impact millions globally.
