Job Description

Objetive The Industrial Administrative Operator is responsible for supporting the efficient coordination and execution of logistics and operations within the Company. This role involves managing documentation, tracking shipments, liaising with suppliers and the local transportation providers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The administrator plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, optimizing logistics workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.ResponsabilitiesAssist with stock level monitoring, reporting, and stock count verification .Coordinate logistics activities, including vessel arrangements and vendor communication.Monitor sales processes and follow up on requisitions to ensure timely purchasing and delivery.Manage documentation such as purchase requests, purchase orders, shipping documents, and invoices. Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders for daily operations.Coordinate clearance activities with brokers and track related operational timelines.Oversee logistics vehicle coordination and verify receiving/offloading tallies.Monitor equipment certifications as required.RequirementsDiploma in Logistics, Business Administration or related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an asset. At least 1 year experience in logistics or 2 years' experience in administrative support.Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and planning abilities with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentGood organizational and planning skills.Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems, skills, and processes.Diversity and Inclusion at CEMEXAt CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and do business.
