We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and want to contribute to our mission of excellence in commercial cleaning.Monday - Friday ( Weekend optional )4 hour Evening shift per cleanWeekly Pay on FridaysEngaged Management with on the job trainingResponsibilitiesPerform thorough cleaning of industrial facilities, including floors, machinery, and equipment.Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repairs.Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote sustainability.Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks and supplies used.Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.RequirementsPrevious experience in industrial cleaning or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is essential.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.Must pass background checks and drug screenings.About UsOffice Pride of Northeastern Indiana has been a trusted name in commercial cleaning for over 25 years.
