JOB OVERVIEWIndustrial real estate agency and brokerage services in South Vietnam. Support team and Manager in sourcing, analyzing, and closing leasing and investment opportunities between industrial landlords and manufacturing and logistics occupiers and investors.RESPONSIBILITIESLeasing Brokerage Duties (Tenant & Investor Clients)Understand industrial real estate leasing and investment solutions inside outDay-to-day activities in the industrial leasing and sales/investment brokerageBuild and maintain client relationships with landlords, occupiers, investors, and other partnersNegotiating and signing brokerage contracts with landlords (i.e., generating supply to lease and sell)Support landlords and property owners to source the ‘best-fit’ tenants and investorsAnalyze tenant and investor requirements and source the most suitable properties and solutionsArrange and schedule site inspections and meetings as necessary, with the support of AdminAssist clients to negotiate with tenants and investors and reach mutually agreeable termsHelp the parties close leasing and investment deals through to signing Lease ContractMake sure proposals are sent to clients in a professional and timely mannerAttendance at client meetings as required to provide professional services/consultancyIntroduce tenants/investors to other advisors as required e.g., legal, tax, HR, contractors, suppliersCarrying out work with professionalism while strictly adhering to Savills company policiesBusiness DevelopmentBuilding your own network for generating enquiries & referralsActively ‘hunt’ for new enquiries, don’t wait for enquiries to come to SavillsSourcing and generating enquiries though referrals, personal network, Savills network, events, etc.Introduce investment opportunities and key properties to your entire network and databaseFollow up with website enquiries and leads as requestedBe comfortable with public speaking and presenting proposals, as necessaryBuild and grow a pipeline of potential deals and projects, to be reviewed often by HODProactively look to build pipeline and meet team enquiry and revenue KPIsGenerate enquires, close deals and contribute revenue to the departmentResearchKeeping abreast with developments in real estate and related fieldsBeing comfortable understanding and presenting S22 Dashboard to clientsMaintain client relationships with landlords and developers to collect key infoREQUIREMENTSEducationBachelor’s degree is preferableOverseas grad or international/high quality university in VietnamCommunication skillsStrong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with customers in high levels.PC skillsThe ability to work with IT resources such as S22, databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.LanguageProficient Chinese (both verbal and written) or English.Key characteristicsProactive, outgoing and sales drivenSolution-oriented and intuitiveMust understand the principles and practice of client careGood communication, interpersonal and writing/ presentation skillsDriven, competence, flexibility and ambitiousGood organizational, time management and multi-tasking skillsCreativity, imagination, and the ability to use initiativeGood teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
