Organization- Hyatt Regency Nha TrangSummaryResponsible for overseeing the hotel’s reservations operations, ensuring accuracy in room availability, rates, and booking procedures.Manages the reservations team to maximize occupancy and revenue through effective yield management and up-selling strategies.Coordinates closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth booking experiences.Ensures reservation systems and data are accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards.QualificationsIdeally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.Fluency in spoken and written English required. Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills, and high competency in Microsoft Office.
