If you are looking for a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth, this position is for you!Job Title: Indutrial Engineer 2nd ShiftDepartment: EngineeringReports to: Engineering ManagerRole PurposeEnsure safe and efficient manufacturing processes for value-added HCS-related products at HARTING Mexico Manufacturing, driving continuous improvement in quality, methods, and audit performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and optimize manufacturing processes.Implement continuous improvement programs (Lean, Six Sigma).Prepare PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.Select machinery and tooling suppliers for new production lines.Analyze products/processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.Lead automation projects and line balancing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for corrective and preventive actions.Comply with quality policies and objectives (ISO 9000, IATF 16949).RequirementsDegree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.1–2 years of experience in manufacturing (electronics/cable).Advanced English.Knowledge of electrical connectors, pneumatics, SAP, CoreTools.Certification or experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.Automotive industry experience preferred.Key CompetenciesLeadership and teamwork.Customer and results orientation.Innovation and attention to detail.Ethics and environmental/social responsibility.PreferredExperience in electrical/electronic component assembly.Why HARTING?Global leader in industrial connectivity.Culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Professional development and internal growth opportunities.Apply now and join a team that connects the world with smart solutions!Benefits: Development opportunities (DE), Social Insurance coverage (APAC), Staff insurance coverage (APAC), Meal tickets (EMEA), Be a key player (US), Have fun (US)
