We offer flexible and cost-effective semiconductor fabrication solutions by maintaining fully equipped SMIF cleanroom environment, 100% equipment automation and proven wafer-manufacturing processes.We're looking for innovative, passionate, and talented people like you to join our team.We’re searching for an Industrial Engineer to be part of our Industrial Engineer Department diverse team of talent.What you will be working on:Maintain and improve capacity planning methodologies to ensure accuracyTo achieve planned mix & capacity through equipment utilization improvement/conversion/other capacity improvement plans to ensure the plans meet operations goalsEstablish layout plans for all production equipment based on operation needsEnsure timely equipment installation/release for production to meet operation’s needsInitiate Tool-to-Tool Matching (Golden/Lemon) as well as Best-In-Class benchmarking to strive for the best performance of the toolsUpdate/maintain tool capacity/productivity database for capacity planning & productivity indices trackingManage capital budget to reflect necessary equipment requirement for capacity mix and new technology introductionEstablish standard costing methodologies & wkly/qtly/annual standard costingCost management (forecast/tracking/improvement/modelling/analysis/benchmarking)People productivity management/coordinationInitiate/lead/drive continuous improvement projects & Best-Known-Method sharingStrategic planning initiatives for capacity expansion, tool/people productivity improvement & cost reductionLead/coordinate people productivity/automation initiatives. Headcount modellingBusiness Continuity Management and Risk assessmentEnhance current systems, improve methodology & modellingCoach/mentor & train new Engineers/Associate EngineersMore about you:Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical/ ManufacturingFunctional / Technical skills and knowledge: Knowledge in semiconductor processes and IE tools used in the semiconductor industryComputer skills : MS Office, MS Access, VBA, SQL, Oracle, Cognos, AutoCADStrong communication and presentation skillsTeam player with strong problem solving skillsSSMC is firmly committed to upholding equal employment opportunities for all individuals.
