Role Purpose As Industrial Engineering Leader, you will drive AI-enabled industrial engineering strategies across Music Tribe’s manufacturing operations, balancing efficiency, agility, and quality. You will empower MEs to optimize processes, implement Musictrieb 4.5 practices, and embed smart manufacturing solutions across the organization. What You’ll DoLead global industrial engineering strategy, IE 4.5 deployment, and smart manufacturing initiatives.Drive AI and digital tools adoption to optimize production, layouts, workflows, and resource utilization. - ollaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and R&D teams to improve cross-functional value streams.Standardize processes, establish KPIs, dashboards, and visual management tools for performance tracking.Implement lean, automated, and scalable solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Mentor and develop IE team members to build a high-performance engineering culture.
