Maker Lab's cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production.Role Summary:As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute high-impact strategies, fostering long-term partnerships. This role requires a self-starter with creative vision and data-driven rigour to manage the full campaign lifecycle, from negotiation to performance analysis.Role: Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms, ensuring strict alignment with our target audience and brand values.Develop and implement innovative influencer marketing strategies that directly support overarching campaign objectives.Build and nurture authentic, long-term relationships with influencers to foster reliable partnerships and advocate for the brand.Negotiate contracts, manage designated budgets, and ensure all campaigns comply with legal and ethical guidelines.Collaborate closely with influencers on content creation, meticulously ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.Manage campaign execution, including scheduling, content approval processes, and performance tracking.Analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and data-driven insights to optimise future strategies and maximise impact.Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the ever-evolving landscape of influencer marketing.You:3+ years of experience in marketing or a related industry BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experienceProven experience in influencer marketing or social media management.Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their unique audiences.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrable data-driven approach to marketing.Familiarity with social media platforms and tools for content creation and management (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Sprout Social).Ability to analyse and report on social media performance using marketing data.Basic project management skills, including task prioritisation and tracking for social media content development.Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, and ideally fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.Contract type: 12 months fixed term contractPlease note: due to the high volume of applications, only successful candidates will be contacted with a follow-up introduction email.  If you do not receive an email from Maker Lab, your application has been unsuccessful this time around.
