Job Description

Job Requirements: 1. Project Standardization and Process Management o Develop and maintain internal project management standards, processes, and tools to ensure smooth project execution. o Establish best practices in project management and promote unified processes across departments. 2. Project Planning and Execution o Assist departments in project planning, including resource allocation, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments. o Monitor project progress to ensure timely and quality delivery of project goals. o Coordinate and resolve bottlenecks to prevent project delays. 3. Project Resource Management o Ensure sufficient resources (human, financial, equipment, etc.) are available to support project execution. o Coordinate internal resources to avoid conflicts or duplication and optimize resource allocation. 4. Risk Management o Identify potential project risks in advance and develop mitigation strategies. o Regularly assess project risks and take measures to reduce the likelihood of project failure. 5. Project Monitoring and Reporting o Track project progress, collect and analyze project data, and identify issues in a timely manner. o Report project status, costs, risks, and outcomes to senior management and relevant departments to ensure transparency. 6. Quality Control o Ensure projects meet company and client quality standards, and promote quality inspections and improvements. o Continuously optimize project management processes through data analysis and feedback to enhance overall execution quality. 7. Cross-Department Coordination o Coordinate among multiple departments within the factory to ensure collaboration and avoid impacts on project progress and quality. o Facilitate communication between departments regarding project requirements, deadlines, and budgets, and resolve conflicts in cross-departmental cooperation. 8. Project Review and Improvement o Conduct post-project reviews to analyze strengths, weaknesses, and lessons learned.o Provide improvement suggestions and feedback to enhance efficiency and execution in future projects. Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; preference for majors in Project Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 2. Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or related roles. 3. Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with project management theories and methods; PMP or related certifications are preferred. 4. Communication and Coordination Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities to handle complex cross-departmental issues. 5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and propose effective solutions. 6. Organizational and Planning Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and execution capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a complex environment.
