Information Management AnalystJob SummaryThe Information Management Analyst applies technical and operational expertise to support the membership process, serving as the subject matter expert for HOME and the Roster systems. This role leads larger membership initiatives, including corporate reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and new company implementations. The analyst ensures accurate membership structures and collaborates closely with IT&S to develop and enhance system requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate major changes to HOME, SSR, and the Roster in partnership with IT&S.Manage open IT&S work requests and draft new work orders related to HOME, SSR, and Roster updates.Work with HPG IT&S to recommend, prioritize, and test system improvements.Participate in and occasionally lead vendor webinars; create system user guides.Train new Membership employees on systems, forms, and processes.Oversee membership changes, additions, and deletions in the HPG/CoreTrust database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Partner with the Rebate team and vendors to maintain accurate membership lists for fee reporting.Act as project manager for organizational restructuring projects.Train new Account Directors and Managers on membership forms and workflows.Collaborate with Legal and the Pharmacy Integration Manager to improve internal processes.Create and update membership procedures for HPG, Advantage Trust, and CoreTrust.Respond to routine vendor inquiries via phone or email.Perform membership data audits to ensure data integrity.Review and validate Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) and Critical Access Hospital lists for pharmacy suppliers.Participate in GS1 conference calls, seminars, and webinars; collaborate on training materials for the GLN user guide.Serve as backup GLN Editor/Approver for HealthTrust GLN assignments and maintenance.Work with other GPOs to reduce GLN duplication within the GS1 registry.Serve as Membership Lead in weekly IT&S HOME/Raft and SSRS meetings.Generate monthly membership summary reports for executive leadership.Work with ROI membership to maintain cross-referenced member data.Lead or assist in the New Member Implementation Rostering Workstream.QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Membership Analyst.
