This job is perfect forself-motivated, quick thinkers with unmatched problem-solving skills.Are you ready to be a part of a team that provides outstanding serviceeach and every day?What You\'ll DoAs part of the IS team, the Information Security Analyst is responsiblefor assisting in on going reviews of IS systems and hardware to assurethat regulatory requirements are met, and that all internal policies andprocedures conform to regulatory levels. The Information SecurityAnalyst is also responsible for assisting in the detection andremediation to third party audits, testing, and real time securityVulnerabilities. The Information Security Analyst Will Also Assist Othermembers of the IS team and third-partyvendors in maintaining technologyinfrastructure and processing cycles in a manner that adheres to ISCompliance, IS Security, and IS performance standards.Operations IS Compliance and Cybersecurity Lead the completion of Mid American Credit Unions ongoing reviewof IS systems and procedures. Assist management to ensure information security policies andprocedures conform to the appropriate regulatory level. Assist management by monitoring and advising on status ofemerging trends in the industry and research potential securityenhancements as directed by management. Third Party Audits and Testing Schedule and review periodic vulnerability and penetration testreports to track vulnerability and patch remediation efforts. Work with 3rd party vendors and IS staff to identify theappropriate mitigation action and remedies to reduce the risk toMid American Credit Union information assets with minimalnegative impact on the associated business processes. Investigate and report security violations of Mid AmericanCredit Union Information Security policies and procedures Assist in Mid American Credit Unions annual Disaster Recoverytesting and complete internal audits which include, but are notlimited to, active directory reviews, internet logs, internalprivileges, system access, media access, etc. Network Performance and Hardware Review hardware, software, and firmware technologies forpossible security vulnerabilities that could impact the securityof Mid American Credit Union assets. Provide trouble shooting and problem resolution for functionalsecurity and resolve security issues. User Support Respond to user requests for assistance in a timely, accurateand professional manner. Log all users requests in the Help Desk ticketing systems. Assist other team members with open tickets as needed. Perform any other duties as needed. Third Party Vendor, Training and Documentation Establish and maintain relationships that adhere to the creditunion service standards with other Mid American Credit Unionemployees and third party vendors. Assist in the daily coordination and collaboration with thirdparty vendors. Assist in IS security awareness and training efforts throughoutthe credit union. Assist i updating existing IS policies and procedures. Maintain all required documentation which includes, but notlimited to; the ACET workbook, exam documentation, dailymonitoring, vulnerabilities and remediation, audit test findingsand remediation, incident response, change management, etc. Cultural ResponsibilitiesCommitted to being part of the Mid American team!
